True Worth

When you isolate yourself to people who had been part of your life, you will know your true importance to them. You will know if they care or they've just used you.

Today, I challenge you to look away, go to the other direction, cut the communication with them. And then observe. Who will look for you? who will contact you? who will ignore the fact that you're not there? who will feast about it? who will miss you? See how they will handle your absence, see your true worth..

Caution: Prepare yourself with what might happen, be brave.

Spelunking in Garay

TEA Zone Spelunking Family :)

Inside Gray Cave

Posing with my friends!

My lakwatserong friends

Me, crawling in the muddy muddy area of Gray Cave

My soul is seeking for some adventures… And the moment it knocked, I naturally give in!
Last weekend has been one of the most exciting events of my life. My first full-blown Spelunking (Cave exploring). It is true that whenever I travel to places, I look for some additional side trips that can fit in to my schedules, Caving is one of them. But those caving experiences are just minimal activities. I can describe it as just sauntering around. :)
The weekend getaway with some of my colleagues slash friends and with TEA (The Extreme Adventure) Zone (a group who exercises and lives with the utmost activities they can think of) was stupefying! There was really good camaraderie among all who participated.
Spelunking.
We finished two caves. One is called Kidlat Cave, which we completed in two hours. The cave was dark, gloomy, has musty odor and so quiet. The path is narrow and the rocks formations are stiff and huge. It was thrilling to hug rocks in order to pass through. The excitement and fear of falling and unable to grasp the natural cracks of the rock was intense. This cave is one hell of an obstacle course. haha!
Next is called Gray Cave (it was named by Tea Zone mastermind, Marc Gana, it was slang for “Garay” haha). This was the wet and wild place, wet because literally we passed across water pathways (knee-deep to chest-deep) and wild because of the mud mud mud crawling experience! Yes! Part of the cave had muddy surface, it was slippery, we’ve experienced to be one with it and I felt like I’m inside a giant clay molding. It was scary at first but after a while it was fun! (actually I’ve thought about the people who were trapped in a landslide.it was fearsome!) At the end of this cave is a nature pool where you can swim, cleanup and refresh!
At that moment, I know that we are in a very deep place. I am chilling, the place is enticing and I am damn sure its mysterious.
I am proud to say that I have conquered Garay Caves!

How to get there: Breakdown of expenses
Ride Bus from Cubao to Sapang Palay then get off to Road 2. (Php45.00)
Ride tricycle or jeep from Road 2 to Bigti Market (Php10.00 each)
Buy foods for your lunch (Php100.00) :)
Ride tricycle from Bigti Market to Tea Zone’s place (forgot the place and price hahaha, but it was Php15.00 ata each)
From Tea ZOne’s place to the Garay caves, it was just walking distance.
Tea Zone’s fee for this adventure is Php 600.00
Total Spelunking expenses = Php840.00 only!

Responsible Horniness

What is “wholesome”? According to Merriam-Webster dictionary:

  • promoting health or well-being of mind or spirit
  • promoting health of body
  • sound in body, mind, or morals
  • clean

Pro-RH (Responsible Horniness):

  • Never mess with guys/girls who are not single (unless their partners are willing to share)
  • Always use protection. Great safe sex is the best!
  • For my young followers, stay virgin as long as you can. Nothing wrong with being a “solo” artist. Practice makes perfect.

I don't have issue with performers who are a bit slutty slash comedian slash performer. I love their humors because it was double meaning. Naturally they deliver it normally, its how your mind kick in with those jokes. :)

SIX DEGREES OF SEPARATION

I'm on the same page of my life again. separation.
sad but I know, I will be okay. Be strong wanshishi
This is just another bump :)

-------------------------------------
The Script - Six Degrees of Separation

You've read the books,
You've watched the shows,
What's the best way no one knows, yeah,
Meditate, get hypnotized.
Anything to take from your mind.
But it won't go

You're doing all these things out of desperation,
Ohhh woah,
You're going through six degrees of separation.

You hit the drink, you take a toke.
Watch the past go up in smoke.
Fake a smile, yeah, lie and say that,
I'm better now than ever, and your life's okay
Well it's not. No
You're doing all these things out of desperation,
Ohhh woah,
You're going through six degrees of separation.

First, you think the worst is a broken heart
What's gonna kill you is the second part
And the third, is when your world splits down the middle
And fourth, you're gonna think that you fixed yourself
Fifth, you see them out with someone else
And the sixth, is when you admit that you may have messed up a little.

(No, no, there ain't no help, it's every man for himself)

You tell your friends, yeah, strangers too,
Anyone'll throw an arm around you, yeah
Tarot cards,
Gems and stones,
Believing all that shit is gonna heal your soul.
We'll it's not, no

You're only doing things out of desperation,
Ohhh woah,
You're goin' through six degrees of separation.

First, you think the worst is a broken heart
What's gonna kill you is the second part
And the third, Is when your world splits down the middle
And fourth, you're gonna think that you fixed yourself
Fifth, you see them out with someone else
And the sixth, is when you admit that you may have messed up a little.

No there's no starting over,
Without finding closure,
You'd take them back,
No hesitation,
That's when you know you've reached the sixth degree of separation

No there's no starting over,
Without finding closure,
You'd take them back,
No hesitation,
That's when you know you've reached the sixth Degree of separation

First, you think the worst is a broken heart
What's gonna kill you is the second part
And the third, Is when your world splits down the middle
And fourth, you're gonna think that you fixed yourself
Fifth, you see them out with someone else
And the sixth, is when you admit that you may have messed up a little.

How to avoid Overeating?

EASY! Just SAVOR the FLAVOR for better health!

Just Practice mindful eating:

I will eat for at least ______ minutes per meal.

(Based on studies, it takes 20 minutes for your brain to detect that you are eating and already full.)

I will eat at the _________, without any distractions.

(Eating while watching television, surfing the internet, studying and doing paper works will not give you a feeling of fullness and will make you eat more)

I will chew my food at least _______ times before I swallow it.

(At least 7 chews is recommended to really savor the flavor of the food, however, you are not a robot so just opt to put down your eating utensils and swallow first before you put another spoonful of food in your mouth)

I will record my actual food intake every _____.

(Keeping a record of your actual food intake makes you aware of the not so diet-friendly foods you actually consume. Make it a habit to keep a record and convince yourself to be better each day)
